Q - Do you offer free shipping?

Due to being a growing small business, Seoulful Glam currently does not offer free shipping. However, free shipping is a possibility in the future. But there is an in-store pick up option for those who are local. Please do not select the in-store pick up if you are not local.

Q - When will my Seoulful Glam order ship?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays, and not on weekends. Orders will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next 1- 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) Orders will not be processed or shipped out on weekends. Only on business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Q - Where will my Seoulful Glam order ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

All Seoulful Glam orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, CA, USA. Orders with standard shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination. Please keep in mind holidays will slow down shipping times.

Q - Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.

Q - What is the maximum order quantity per item?

Maximum order quantity allowed per skincare product/item is two. Any orders that go past the maximum amount allowed will be contacted and refunded for the extra items. 

Q - I reached out via email but I haven't received a response yet. What now?

Please make sure your inquiry was sent to seoulfulglam@gmail.com. We do our best to get back to everyone as soon as possible -- this usually means within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Emails sent over the weekend will be responded to during regular business days.

Sometimes our replies can end up in Spam, so please be sure to check there as well!

Q - Do you ship internationally?

Due to Seoulful Glam being a small business, we currently do not offer international shipping. However, it is a possibility in the future!
