How to Use:

• Cleanse and fully dry your face (do not do your skincare yet. Light therapy works best on fresh, clean skin)

• Secure the mask comfortably around your face using the adjustable velcro strap.

• Connect the controller, press “on,” and run a 10-minute session.

• Use 3–5 times per week for optimal results. Can be used everyday as well. Make sure to charge if battery is running low.

• After treatment, remove the mask and follow with your skincare products.

• Wipe down the mask with a cleansing wipe after use to keep it clean
