Terms & Policies

Appointment Etiquette

No other persons, children, or animals are allowed to be in the studio and in my treatment room during your appointment. 
All clients must wear a mask when entering & your temperature will be taken. In addition, clients must wash/sanitize their hands before service begins.

Clients are allowed a 5 minute grace period. Clients arriving after the 5 minute grace period will be charged a late fee of $10. The session will be shortened and it will end at the scheduled time. The client will still be charged the same price. Reasons like bad traffic, rainy weather, oversleeping, etc... will not be accepted. The esthetician will not be held responsible for an incomplete service if the client has arrived late.

All clients must wait in their car when they arrive, even if you come early please wait in your car. I will text you when I am ready for you. This is due to the fact that I have to disinfect the area properly between all clients and I need to keep the number of people in the studio to a minimum.

Blankets will not be provided for now. It is highly recommended to bring your own blanket as the treatment room can get chilly during the winter months.

If you are adding on a CBD Cream Upper Body Massage, please shower before arriving to your appointment.

Deposit & Payment

All appointments require a $15 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This deposit will go towards your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled, the $15 deposit will NOT be refunded whatsoever and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Even if the client cancels within the 48 hour time frame, the deposit will not be refunded. Please stay committed to showing up to your appointment.

Even under Emergency Cancellations, the deposit will NOT be refunded or carried over. Another deposit will be required to book another appointment.

PAYMENTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING ZELLE, VENMO, & CARD. If paying in cash, please bring exact change, as I do not carry cash change. 

Cancellations/Rescheduling

A 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice is required. This MUST be done by the client through the link provided in the confirmation email (scroll all the way to the bottom). It will not be accepted through text message or Instagram DM. It is the client’s responsibility to do so through the confirmation email.

Cancellations that are done in less than the 48 hour time frame and any “no-call, no-shows” will be charged 100% of the selected service price on the client's card that is on file. Rescheduling that is done in less than 48 hours will be charged a $40 inconvenience fee. For those who have already paid for their Chemical Peel Bootcamps, a $65 inconvenience fee will be charged on your card. All these types of charges will happen IMMEDIATELY. Discounts/Promos will not be honored in this situation.

The only exceptions for last-minute cancellations will be if the client is sick or not feeling well due to the contagious and unpredictable nature of Covid-19 or life/death emergencies. Proof of emergency must be shown.

Clients are only allowed to reschedule their appointment up to 2 times. Anything more than the 2 times will result in another deposit being charged on their card.

NEW CLIENTS OR 1ST TIME CHEMICAL PEEL CLIENTS: Required consent forms will be sent to your email prior to your appointment. Please make sure to fill out all forms and submit all before your appointment.

Covid-19 Precautions

Due to Covid-19, Seoulful Glam must take all necessary precautions and steps to ensure everyone’s safety. I am disinfecting extensively between all clients and I am only seeing a minimal amount of people per day to keep myself and my clients safe. During the entire service, I am wearing PPE and I am following all necessary precautions and steps.

Do not come in if you are feeling sick, "recovery" stage of a cold, allergy symptoms, etc. If you come in with any type of symptoms, I will send you home immediately. Your appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit will go towards that rescheduled appointment.

If you have been exposed to large groups of people or have traveled anywhere recently and ARE NOT vaccinated, please wait 14 days to book an appointment.

FOR TRAVEL: If you are fully vaccinated, then you do not need to quarantine for 14 days as said by the CDC.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

This is called Order Information.

    We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

    Additionally, we use this Order Information to: - Communicate with you. - Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud. - When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

    We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site.

    SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

    We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

    We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use Seoulful Glam.

    Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

    BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING

    We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.

    DATA RETENTION

    When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records.

    MINORS

    The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years old.

    CHANGES

    We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
